Expanding Hair Color Learning

As we see, many salon professionals are now working as independent contractors.

This brings much freedom, ability to set our own prices, hours and methods of

operation. However, in some cases, a bit of isolation can set in. When working

in a traditional salon setting where a number of salon pros work together, often there

might exist, a professional friendship and a built-in support, where, at times,

we can ask a collegue what they might do or use in a situation. This team spirit

might not be perfect all the time, but the feeling of "belonging" can create a warm,

supportive atmosphere. We are human and can get a bit lonely....

I "tune in" to a number of pages where hairdressers congregate to share, to ask

for help and to sometimes vent extreme frustration. Some of the answers they

receive are very, very helpful... Others, are posted by people chiming in to agree

and to share their own rather miserable stories.

Of course, I am happy to help with any hair color issues someone might be experiencing.

AND, as a long time salon owner, and as someone who has "lived" almost 40 years in

this salon world, I have seen and heard and experienced almost everything. Helping

with THESE types of concerns is the subject of my next FREE ZOOM MEETING with

ANNIE BEECHER. Join us on Monday, July 29th at 5PM EATERN Time for one hour

of "The Problem Solvers". a FREE question and answer opportunity to solve at least a

few of the salon problems we have all encountered. Get the FRE link by calling: 800-247-1660, Extention 1024.

And, each month, as part of my association with Artego.USA. I will be posting various

ZOOM sessions, based on what I believe salon profesionals want to hear. Artego is

also sponsoring monthly ZOOM sessions featuring Dustin McFarland.. a top colorist

based in Orgegon. He will be joined by Sebastian Steele. A listing of their monthly

sessions is posted on the Artego.USA website. My sessiona and classes, along

with their zoom opportunities are easy to find when you go to: www.Artego.USA.com.

Please stay in touch with me. If something is on your mind, and you'd like me to

incllude this in class or over a zoom session, pleae let me know.
